Eran Shemesh, Certified Public Accountant, trading as “Shemesh Accountants” (hereinafter: “the Firm”, “we”, “Shemesh CPA”) provides professional accounting services and operates the website www.shecpa.co.il. These terms of use apply to all the services and to the website.

1Principal Definitions

“The Firm”Eran Shemesh, a certified public accountant operating as an authorised dealer (osek murshe), trading as “Shemesh Accountants”. “The Client”Any person or legal entity that approaches the Firm in order to receive services. “The Services”All the professional services offered by the Firm. “The Website”The website www.shecpa.co.il and all the pages and content on it.

2Acceptance of the Terms

Use of the website or of the services constitutes full agreement to these terms of use. The terms constitute a binding legal agreement that takes effect upon first use.

3The Firm's Services

The Firm provides professional accounting services:

• Accounting, tax advice and annual returns.
• Bookkeeping and payroll accounting.
• Audit of financial statements.

The Firm undertakes:

To act in accordance with the Auditors Law, to maintain confidentiality and to provide a professional service.

4The Client's Undertakings

The Client undertakes to provide accurate and complete information, to deliver documents on time and to cooperate with the Firm's team.

5Professional Confidentiality

In accordance with the Auditors Law and with professional ethics, the Firm undertakes to maintain full confidentiality of all information received in the course of providing the services (financial, personal and business information), except in cases of a legal duty or a judicial order.

6Use of the Website

The website is intended for obtaining information, making contact and exercising rights. Copying content, attempts to breach the site's security and any unlawful use of the website are prohibited. All the content is the intellectual property of the Firm.

7Limitation of Liability

The Firm bears professional liability for the services. However, the Firm shall not be liable for indirect damage, for damage arising from incorrect information provided by the Client, or for technical faults on the website.

8Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are subject to Israeli law only. The courts in Israel shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
